Payment Schedule

Part 1: Deposit 20% of the total cost (non-refundable) must be paid to confirm your location in the exhibition area. (first-come-first-serve basis)
Part 2: A further deposit 30% of total cost must be paid by 15 June 2019
Part 3: Final deposit 50% of the total cost must be paid by 15 December 2019

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes to your booking must be made in writing.

For cancellations made:
  • Before November 30, 2019: 25% of the total cost of each item will be retained
  • Before April 30, 2020: 50% of the total cost of each item will be retained
  • After April 30, 2020: 100% of the total cost of each item will be retained
